I was born and raised in Grenada, a small island rich with culture, faith, and family values. My journey took me from the Caribbean to New York, and later to Georgia.

I am family orientated and blessed with three wonderful children, my youngest on the spectrum. Motherhood and marriage have been my greatest teachers, shaping me through both joy and challenge.

I embraced a chapter of motherhood where my focus was solely on raising my children. While I cherished those moments, I often felt a strong pull to contribute outside the home. My biggest struggle was finding balance—the desire to be fully present with my children while also fulfilling my need for independence, purpose, and identity as a woman and a wife. That tension often left me questioning who I was beyond my roles in family life.

Through the ups and downs, I discovered that identity is not lost in marriage or motherhood—it evolves. Reentering the workforce gave me perspective, but so did the countless lessons in resilience, self-discovery, and growth that my personal journey demanded.

I also invested deeply in my education. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Delaware State University and went on to complete my Master’s in Organizational Behavior at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. My academic training, combined with my personal journey, built the foundation for my work today.

Now, as I embrace this second chapter of my life with clarity and confidence, I see my story as the foundation of my calling. I am a certified Professional Life Coach, helping others with Goal Success, Happiness, and Life Purpose. I use both my professional training and lived experiences to guide others.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me running or at the beach—the two places where I feel most free, grounded, and connected to myself. These hobbies remind me of the importance of movement, reflection, and rest—principles I bring into my work with clients.

I specialize in helping people who feel torn between responsibility and independence, between family and self. My message is clear: you don’t have to choose one over the other. You can be a devoted spouse, a present parent, and still create a life that feels purposeful and true to you.

My mission is simple—to empower others to reclaim their identity, embrace their story, and live with intention. Because living with purpose is the greatest gift we can give ourselves and the people we love.
